        2007 Local Medallists   

On February 12 & 13, 164 students from Mid-Maine TECH competed in the Local Skills Championships. The Skills Championships included 24 individual competitions in Technical and Leadership Skills.

Eighty-three area business leaders and school board members from the greater Waterville area served as judges for the competitions.

The Local Skills Championships is sponsored by Mid-Maine TECH's SkillsUSA Chapter. SkillsUSA is an international student
organization that provides students with opportunities for professional development and participation in the State and National Competitions.
