PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT
Mid-Maine Technical Center's primary goal is to offer students an applied method of instruction which develops skills, attitudes, and knowledge for future careers. Our curriculum and instruction reflect the Center's belief that each student has individual abilities that must be recognized and developed.
Each instructor develops educational experiences that challenge each student to his or her full potential. Applied and problem-based learning projects permit the student to acquire information and use technological resources to solve problems and make informed decisions. Educational experiences are also designed to reinforce the career specific application of communication, math, and science skills as required by today's careers.
Mid-Maine Technical Center is dedicated to preparing the individual student to pursue a productive career choice or further educational opportunities.
